§ 1What to write about

- My account: Signing in, your profile, or something not working.
- Report: A story, comment or profile that breaks the Community Guidelines. Include a link.
- Appeal: A decision we made about your content or account that you think is wrong.
- Refund: A payment that went wrong. Include what you bought and when.
- Copyright complaint: Your work used without permission. The Terms say what to include.
- My data: Seeing, downloading, correcting or deleting what we hold about you.
- Hello: Anything else: ideas, press, or a story you loved.
Reporting something harmful to a child? Write with the subject “Report” and say so first; those reports are read before anything else.
